Lambswool Newsboy Cap: 'Jack' in olive green herringbone

Lambswool Newsboy Cap: 'Jack' in olive green herringbone

£140.00

‘Jack’ is our new flat cap with references to the newsboy/baker boy style. With generous volume on top and towards the front of the cap thanks to two pleats on either side.

Wear it like an East End geezer or like Tommy from Peaky Blinders!

Choose this style if you’re looking for a versatile autumn/winter cap with generous proportions. The fabric is a smooth mid-weight lambswool with classic herringbone.

See all Jack designs here.

Our hats are made to order in the London studio, for that perfect made-to-measure fit. See below for notes on how to measure your head size.

ETHOS

Innovative pattern-cutting, and a passion for bringing a milliner's aesthetic to everyday headwear, lies at the heart of Karen Henriksen hats - all of which are designed and made by Karen in her London studio.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HEAD SIZE

  • Take a sewing tape measure around the head, just above your eye-brows and ears. Alternatively a piece of string and a ruler would work too!

  • The tape should feel comfortable, and exactly how you would like the hat to feel - not too tight or too loose. It's probably easiest to ask someone else to measure you.

  • If your measurement falls in between the 1cm increments, it is usually best to choose the size above.

CARING FOR YOUR HAT
This cap can be dry-cleaned. The head-ribbon inside can also be cleaned with wet-wipes or similar.
